Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Thanks Claus, same to you.
Hi
may I use this posting for a recommended improvement next year.
When sifting through the “Loans” categories, I realized that one important category is missing: Defaulted loans that have been repayed!
As an investor who tries to assess the risk levels, to see that up to now 2602 loans have been repayed and 2721 loans have defaulted can be disencouraging. However, the 2721 defaulted loans include also the repayed ones, leaving the picture incomplete. Also, repayed defaulted loans can be an indication on the level of commitment of the provider.
Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!
Well, almost the end of the year. I have one or two items that I wondered if you could elaborate on in a blog-post in the beginning of next year.
1) Risk rating scores. On the web-site it is mentioned that these scores will be updated on a regular basis. Especially it is mentioned here (https://myc4.com/Invest/AboutInvesting/RiskRating) that spot chhecks will be conducted in 3rd quarter of 2010 and that scores will be updated (spot check score) based on this. When will this be performed? Generally I miss a date field stating how old the information in the “risk rating scores” is.
2) New providers / new shareholders for 2011. Is there any new information to share?
I wish you all a Happy New Year
Claus
Thanks for the suggestions Claus. I’ll answer them in separate posts during January.
Happy New Year.
